571 Concrete Repair LW is a three part, lightweight epoxy repair mortar formulated for vertical and overhead repairs to concrete and cementitious surfaces. Its solvent-free formulation is self-priming and capable of building up to 50mm (2 inches) in a single layer without sagging, making it ideal for sills, ceilings, lintels, and other non-horizontal areas.
The system delivers strong adhesion and long term performance in structural repairs, even where traditional mortars would slump or separate. With a 60 minute working time and high compressive and flexural strength, it’s well suited for internal and external applications requiring precise, durable patching on difficult geometries.
